  Kim Kardashian laughed at naming her baby North West on Jay Leno months before doing just that

I repeat... Kim previously laughed at the idea of calling her baby North West when appearing on chat show Jay Leno.


It seems she must have had quite the radical change of heart.

It was revealed yesterday that Kim, 32, and Kanye West, 35, had indeed named their daughter North, calling her Nori for short.

During an appearance on Jay Leno in March, the chat show host asked her if the rumours were true that she and Kanye would be naming their child North.

A giggling Kim then laughed off the notion of naming her child by the name.

She said: 'That is not one of the names on our list.

“But that I do like Easton West.

“It kind of goes with North. I think that's cute.”

Since giving birth to the no longer hilariously named North, Kim has reportedly been obsessed with losing her baby weight and has already started dieting.

A source revealed: "She's already looking ahead to when she can exercise again. She really wants to get back into shape. It's important to her.


"She has over 30 bouquets from loved ones. She told everyone not to bring sweets - she said she doesn't need any temptations.”

But it seems that her family are trying to get Kim to stop worrying abut losing weight for the time being.

The source continued: "She can have a tummy tuck, which will take care of most of her weight fears.

“The family's trying to convince Kim to relax and worry about losing the weight months from now.

“Other than her belly, which is still rather flat, every part of her body has ballooned.
